Stonebridge Meadows- Fayetteville
Stonebridge Meadows Golf Club is the best public golf course in northwest Arkansas. The golf course is located on a beautiful piece of land in the southeastern part of Fayetteville, Arkansas. The course has a good variety of land movement while remaining walkable due to the routing. The front nine feels secluded and like a getaway to nature, while the back nine, particularly holes 12-16, ventures into housing developments.

Highlands Golf Course- Bella Vista
Highlands Golf Course is the longest course in Bella Vista at over 7000 yards. A couple of the par 5s stretch out to over 570 yards from the back tees and the par 4s and par 3s have a mixture of long and short holes. The narrow fairways provide the major scoring challenge for the course since penalty areas only come into play on a few holes.
These are the three best public golf courses in northwest Arkansas. There are not too many other options to choose from and the honorable mentions would be Big Sugar in Pea Ridge and the other courses in Bella Vista.
